Blue Sky Planning is an independent consultancy dedicated to providing commercially aware planning services to owners, occupiers and developers of land and property.

The practice was founded in 2002 by Jonathan Best and Craig Blatchford, both formerly Planning Directors of large multi-disciplinary property consultancies.

Blue Sky Planning advises clients throughout the country on all property types, including retail, leisure, offices, industrial, distribution, residential, infrastructure, healthcare and roadside uses. The practice consistently delivers results for clients ranging from large scale mixed use regeneration schemes, involving the co-ordination of a multi-disciplinary project team, to smaller single use projects.
